About Me

I’m a Pilates and movement practitioner with a deep passion for functional mobility, joint health, and helping people move pain-free. With a background in fine dining, having worked as a chef across Australia and Europe, My personal journey through chronic back pain led me to discover the transformative power of the Pilates Method.
Since 2012, I’ve helped everyday people and elite athletes alike reclaim their strength, mobility, and confidence. Currently teaching at Aligned for Life Pilates in Melbourne, contributes to the health and conditioning team at Melbourne City FC, is a Faculty educator for National Pilates Training and develops and presents continuing education workshops nationwide to the ever-growing Pilates and movement industry.
I have also had the privilege of supporting athletes and performers from the Australian Ballet School, Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance, NPL, VWFL, the Western Crusaders American Football Club, and the Australian Outback Women’s Gridiron team, among others. And consider it an honour to be part of their movement journeys.
Bringing a unique blend of lived experience, technical expertise, and practical insights, making movement feel accessible for everybody.
