Desk Athletes has been designed as a multiple approach program with the sole purpose to inspire people to move at their desks, and educate them on what they can do for their bodies while they are at their workstation.

The premise of the work is not to create more time to work on their bodies, but to use they time they already have efficiently in their work day and in turn increase focus, productivity and overall morale through improving their general wellbeing.

Desk athletes offers multiple formats of the program which can be selected to suit each individual or business to their needs.

  • 15/30 minute Classes – for individuals or teams
  • Short posture intermissions for conferences
