Ben truly believes that every single person deserves a chance at living their best life just like he had the opportunity to do so in 2012, which has led him to help people to participate fully in their own live through the Pilates Method as well as movement education in the corporate space and of course hosting the Let Me Take A Selfie Podcast.

It’s all about the individual
Let’s talk about self care and what it means to practice self-care. It’s not just about general conception, by taking time out and maintenance of the mind and body and when one looks at the definition of self-care in it’s entire definition of a world. It is any deliberate individually controlled, self-initiated action with the intention to enhancing energy, health and reduce stress.
In essence self care does what it says on the jar… SELF! So, it’s all about the individual and what need for ourselves.
