From her early twenties Michelle had come across different teachings about energy, healing and how our mindset really does have an effect on what WE create in our lives.

Along her journey she started to gain even more understanding in energy, the universal field and how we really are the creators of our own lives through our thoughts and feelings. How there is much more this meat suit and monkey mind. How energy plays a huge part in all existence, in the quantum field and we are part of of that field. 

How by changing our internal we can change our external and the importance our subconscious mind plays in this process. 

Having studied Psychology, Michelle has always been fascinated with the brain and mind. How our subconscious mind is super powerful and how unwittingly things stored in the subconscious mind from childhood draw in the same patterns time and time again without us being aware of it. 

Michelle now spends her time teaching yoga and coaching people online on building transforming a positive and stronger mindset.

Today’s guest joins us all the way from the U.K. As a Transformational mindset coach and Yoga instructor, Michelle Sheldon chats to us about her passion for the different teachings about energy, healing and how mindset really does have an effect on what we create in our lives by living from our heart and bypassing the ego and the negative bias of the mind.

From her own personal experience and spiritual journey Michelle developed her passion and gained an even more understanding in energy, the universal field and how we really are the creators of our own lives through our thoughts and feelings. 

After diving into the subject of Psychology, Michelle was fascinated with the brain and mind. How the subconscious mind is super powerful and how unwittingly things stored in the subconscious mind from childhood draw in the same patterns time and time again without us being aware of it. Everything is connected, to understand one you need an understanding of the others to help draw in things you truly want. Life is supposed to be lived to the full not just existing.

For example it could be as simple as taking 15 mins out of your day while drinking your coffee, or while taking a bathroom-break.
