Grants tips to start finding your rhythm

  1. Firstly define what rhythm and dance means to you.
  2. Listen to some music that moves you.
  3. Start with something simple. Like a side step or even marching.
  4. Then add in some hand taps or slaps.
  5.  Keep it a safe space.
