The workplace wellness program developed from an idea that everyone should have access to moment through their everyday work lives and not just when they are on their ‘own time’.
Over the years I would speak to my clients in regards to being able to invest time back into their body during the working day and the response was always similar “I just don’t have the time at work”. But when prompted could you find 5 to 10 minutes each day the answer was always yes.
So I decided to build a series of programs that can be accessible to anyone in the workplace from traditional Pilates mat work classes to tailored desk exercise programs that can be completed intermittently through out the day with out hindering their work but enhancing their focus, performance and productivity.
These programs include:
- Lunchtime onsite Pilates Matwork classes
- Desk exercise workshops
- Desk exercise classes
- Individual workplace postural assessment and tailored exercises
- Retail and hospitality specific exercise programs
